Classes are held Wednesdays 6 to 8pm and Saturdays 11am to 1pm
The 12 week course is $200 scholarships are available.
Th objective of the Food Justice Course is to introduce students to green and sustainable resources in New Orleans, deepen participants awareness of community building, provide a small urban farm as a work area, to train culturally aware leaders a community ethnographers with access to tools, skills and resources that allow Intentional Living and Community Building to happen in traditionally under-served communities.
